• Each organization retains ownership of its uploaded designs, datasets, and internal knowledge graphs.

• Neodustria is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Platform outputs must be validated before use in production environments.
• Neodustria is not liable for damages including but not limited to financial loss, design flaws, system downtime, or data loss resulting from platform use.
• Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable industry and regulatory standards.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and any applicable national laws of the service jurisdiction.

• Disputes shall first be addressed via amicable negotiation.
• If unresolved, legal proceedings shall be handled in the courts of the jurisdiction where Neodustria’s main commercial entity is registered.

• Neodustria may update these terms to reflect service changes, legal updates, or business needs.
• Users will be notified of substantial changes through the platform or via registered email.
• Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
